With the ever increasing level of information and competitive knowledge of the market segment. Mars Confectionary required a solution to store, and make this information accessible to employee's 

retail e-v was contracted to design a web based intranet that was not only attractive and inviting, but also simple to operate and ever-changing to encourage return visits by personal. retail e-v using the guideline supplied by Mars, developed the initial page design and then customised this with user functionality that enabled the user and administrator fast and easy access. 

The outcome of this project is a centralised knowledge management intranet that allows internal staff access to current and factual information across numerous business segments

Franchise Central began using the services of retail e-v  to assist in the collation and design of information used for the marketing of new Franchise Businesses. 

Since this time, the skills and services that retail e-v has been able to provide Franchise Central have enabled our company to develop new and strategic business offerings. These new services benefit the new franchise's during their initial start up period with marketing and operational advise, but also provides our existing, longer term customers with expert knowledge and experience on areas of the business that were not pertained to only Franchising.

retail e-v provided contract services to GE Global eXchange Services (GXS) for over 3 years. These services have been for Pre-sales & Sales/Marketing, Industry Speaking & Presentations, Application Integration, Project Planning and Design, Software Support and Design.

Robert worked directly with our customers as a representative of GXS, and has been able to provide key industry information and contacts that were not currently available to us. Roberts experience in the packaged goods industry and knowledge of the full product lifecycle from manufacturing to the shelf, has enables our business the distinct advantage over our competitors.

Our company confidently allowed Robert to work on behalf of our business and sell, implement and support our products and services on any level. His services to generate sales has been remarkable and the ability to provide these sales skills with experience in marketing allows GXS to have a low cost and multi-skill "Contract Resource".

Robert Durant under the business of retail e-v joined the team as a contract staff member in late 2001. Since this time, the services of retail e-v have been used for the commercialisation of our catalogue management products and services brand - iICE

Robert has provided the experience and skills that has enabled our business to develop marketing and strategic sales matrix plans that have been customised to allow the business to grow in a rapid, but controlled manner. Building the brand and position of the iICE products can also be contributed to Roberts skills and expertise. Over the last 12 months, Robert has been working as the companies Sales and Marketing Manager, providing representation in Melbourne for our local clients

retail e-v has assisted in the development of marketing collateral, website content, sales and corporate marketing, account management and business development.
