Meet the Team

Robert Durrant - Managing Director

Robert Durrant heads up the team at retail e-v and leads the project management of each and every customer engagement. Robert has held various business management roles within small to large corporate enterprises. His skills in retail operations, sales, marketing and electronic commerce allow him to provide "Alternate" thinking, ensuring each solution we provide is unique, sustainable and meets objectives. 

Robert holds a degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Central Queensland, and also
 (GS1-EAN-UCC) standards accreditation. Using Six Sigma methodology, retail e-v practise the skills learnt from on-site operational work across the retail, supply, and manufacturing industry, endorsing Efficient Consumer Response (ECR) best practices.

Cam McPhail - Creative Designer
Cam manages the creative design areas of the business. Cam's has vast experience in graphic design, and utilises professional software packages such as Photoshop, Illustrator and PageMaker to design artistic creations for websites, brochures, logos and stationary and signage to name a few. His skills as a professional photographer enable a full and seamless process for creating that unique and tailored solution.

Peter is the  creator of the successful retail e-v retail and category management packages.  Peter's extensive background in retail management gained in senior positions both here in Australia, and overseas enables him to create customised management packages to suit your own specific business requirements.

Hamish McKay - Business Solutions Manager 

Hamish has a degree in Behavioural Science - Psychology, and has combined this with over 10 years experience in Sales, Trade Marketing and Merchandising principles. Working for some of Australia's leading FMCG companies such as Simplot, Nestle and National Foods, he has spent the last 3 years leading the UK ACNielsen Merchandising division, in providing leading solutions to some of the UK and Europe's leading retailers and suppliers. These included Staples, WHSmith, Woolworths, W M Morrison Supermarket, Hewlett Packard, Electronic Arts & Reckitt Benckiser in providing both the consultancy services and support to successfully implement their merchandising requirements.

Gary Harkin - Retail Solutions

Working within some of Australia more diverse industry sectors, Hardware and Newsagencies, Gary has the retail experience to quickly analyse and formulate a program that can target specific issues within retail organisations. These retail e-v Training programs assist  companies in their operations, planning, business systems and information exchange between employees.
